Wyndr turns the miles you walk and run into progress along a virtual route. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because the app collects very little.

What Wyndr collects

• Email address — used to create and sign in to your account.
• Account identifier — an internal user ID that links your data to your account.
• Miles you log — the walking and running distances you enter yourself.
• Route progress — which route you selected and how far along it you are, including checkpoints you have unlocked.

What Wyndr does not collect

• No location data. Wyndr does not use GPS or location services. Distances are entered manually by you. The app never knows where you are.
• No tracking. Your data is not used to track you across other apps or websites, and is never sold or shared with data brokers or advertisers.
• No advertising identifiers. Wyndr contains no third-party ad networks or analytics SDKs.
• No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.

Leaderboards

Leaderboards are off by default. If you choose to opt in, your display name and total miles on your current route become visible to other users on that same route. Nothing else about you is shown. You can opt out at any time in the app, and your entry is removed.

How your data is stored

Account and activity data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database provider, on servers in the United States. Access is restricted by row-level security so that your records are readable and writable only by your own authenticated account. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from within the app, which permanently removes your account, logged miles, route progress, and any leaderboard entry. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you would rather have it handled for you, or you no longer have access to the app, email support@wyndrapp.com from the address on the account and it will be deleted within 30 days.

Children

Wyndr is not directed at children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them. If you believe a child has created an account, email support@wyndrapp.com and it will be removed.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or how it is used, the updated policy will be posted here with a new date, and material changes will be noted in the app.
