Wyndr Support
Questions, bugs, or ideas? Here's how to get help.

Wyndr is built by one person, so replies usually take a day or two.
How Wyndr works
Pick a route and log the miles you walk or run. As you pass checkpoint towns, you unlock facts about each one. Wyndr doesn't use GPS or location services. You log distance yourself or add steps from your iPhone.
Common questions
My route is missing, or I see a "could not save" error
First, update to the latest version of Wyndr from the App Store. Version 1.0.1 automatically signs you back in when your session expires, which fixes this for most people.
Still seeing it? Sign out and sign back in. Your routes and miles are stored on our server, so they'll come right back.
I logged the wrong distance
Delete the entry from your activity list, then log it again with the correct distance.
How do leaderboards work?
Leaderboards are off by default. If you opt in, other people on your route see only your display name and total miles. You can opt out anytime.
How do I add my steps?
Use the Daily Steps bar on the home screen. It reads your iPhone's step count for the day you choose and adds those miles to your route.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Routes tab, scroll down, and tap Delete Account. This is permanent and removes your account, miles, route progress, and leaderboard entry. If you can't get into the app, email support@wyndrapp.com from the address on your account.
